What will our web address be ?

You can choose the website address of your choice, subject to availability. Contact us to find out if the address you would like is available, if not we can suggest suitable alternatives. Your address can end in any of the popular top level domains, such as .co.uk, .com, .net, .org, .org.uk, .ltd.uk, .me.uk, .biz   Nominet is the UK registry for domain names.

Do we get email?

Yes. Our standard package includes an email account, where any email sent to addresses ending with your domain will arrive. (E.g. anything@yourdomain.co.uk) You can choose to upgrade your account and get multiple accounts, and auto-responders.

How much will it cost to keep the website running?

Our standard annual renewal fee is £100.00. This includes paying any domain registration fees required, and paying for the years website hosting, and administritive changes during the year (e.g. Images or Text).

Can I use the free webspace I have with my ISP?

We do not recommend using 'free webspace', and your package will not be any cheaper. Our servers are located in a multi-million pound data centre and provides the most secure environment for your website. The data centre has systems such as Environmental Climate Control, Gas Fire Suppression Systems and backup power supply systems. These facilities are not true of most 'free' web servers.

What information do we need to provide you with?

On agreeing to build your website, we will contact you with a full list of requirements. At the very least you will need to provide us with a description of what you want from the website, any logos or images you want included, any large text blocks, and a name and address of who to register the web domain to.

I have a friend who can write my website for free, why should I use you?

Using a friend, or family member can be fraught with problems. Are they a professional designer? Do they provide professional hosting solutions? Will they listen to what you want? Can they provide on the timescale you want? Do they realise that putting a good website together is much more that a few pretty pictures on a page? Do they know how to optimise a website and how to submit it to the popular search engines? Can they make the site dynamic? Can they build you a site that you can administer with no technical knowledege?

We suspect the answer to all or most of the above questions is no. With WEBula, the answer is yes.
